Beautifully packed in order to avoid any damage to the product.Delivered on date requested. Loved the fact that cost for weekend delivery is the same as weekday.

Unfortunately the cake was slightly damaged when it arrived which was a shame as it was for a birthday and too short notice to do anything aboutBut saying that it tasted great and everyone enjoyed it

So delicious and rich cake . My guests loved it and very recommended. The big size is suitable for big gathering.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and they sent me the wrong cake the day before. The delivery was at 5pm on a Friday and their customer service is only Monday-Friday 9-5pm, so I had no way of getting any help and I had to find another cake as my daughter doesn’t eat cherries (they sent a Black Forest cake instead of strawberry gateau). I spent £50 on the cake and it went to waste. So disappointed with the service. It is completely unacceptable and ruined the whole day.

I am so happy Patisserie Valerie deliver their wonderful celebration cakes! Fantastic delivery and communication. The cake is delicious! 100% recommend and we look forward to trying more cakes and afternoon teas!

Terrible customer service and the cake did not get delivered. It was a birthday cake so we ended up not having a cake for my mum’s birthday. Customer service lady was rude!Will not order from you again or recommend.

Cakes were beautiful and arrived well packaged but, and this is no fault of patisserie Valerie, unfortunately they were damaged!! This was entirely the delivery company’s fault, I answered the door and he practically threw the box upside down on my doorstep despite the box stating ‘this way up’ and ‘handle with care’ I was furious with him!!! The only thing I think I would say would be it would be nice to have the option to choose which cakes you would like in your selection, I ordered for my husband’s birthday and mille feuille are his, mine and my daughters favourite and there were only 2 in the box so there was a bit of a fight over who got what!!!

I ordered a cake as a surprise gift for my husband's birthday and it never turned up. Even after a delivery confirmation message nothing arrived. They didn't respond to my message on the expected delivery date. Our whole celebration was ruined! Customer service was very poor. We will never order again from patisserie Valerie.

The cake and delivery service excellent but I paid extra to have a personalised message put on the cake which they didn’t do

Delicious as always but the small cakes were damaged in transit, first time ever something hasn't arrived quite perfect.Scones in the afternoon tea were quite small, much smaller than you'd get from a café serving exactly the same cream and jam with scones, for significantly more money.

Very delicious, nicely decorated, well protected. I recommend ;-)

The service was great up until delivery. Cake was delivered damaged. 2 emails and several messages later no contact so I resorted to social media. I managed to get a resolution within two hours
